HISTORY & INTRODUCTION
Back then in 1942 our founder Mr. Shamshir Ali (Late) started the affair by putting up a jewelry outlet by the name of Ladies Own Choice jewelers in Lahore, functional to date and enjoying a reputation as one of the oldest and most prestigious jewelry firms in Pakistan.

With the passage of time business diversification led to the opening of two more avenues. The export of hand-knotted Pakistani rugs under the name of Shamshir Carpets in 1979. The Chemical import, general trade & marketing under the name of Shamshir Chemical in 1981.
In 2001 the Chemical business took a new dimension when the organization started manufacturing as well. Since then Zinc Oxide & other Zinc compounds have been the major products under the name of Shamshir Chemical Industries Pvt Ltd.

Today, we are the leading manufacturer of Zinc Oxide in Pakistan and are producing it through French process having combined production of 4000MT which is expandable up to 7000MT.
